The Virtual Continence Center is designed to help you if you believe you may have - or have been diagnosed with - urinary or bowel incontinence. Our Bladder Problem Self-Test will help you assess your symptoms, and other pages contain information about various types of incontinence and forms of treatment.

Union Hospital Outpatient Therapy Services offers a program of pelvic floor muscle training that has been very effective for patients with stress incontinence and some forms of bowel incontinence. Your physician can help you determine if this treatment will help you.
