UNION HOSPITAL ASTHMA PROGRAM

Asthma Program Information

The Asthma Education and Prevention Program is offered to anyone with asthma at any age. To enroll in the program a referral must be made by a physician or nurse practitioner to be seen by the asthma educator. This can be done while in the hospital or during an office visit.

All sessions of the program will be hold at the Landsbaum Center next to Union Hospital. This program is currently a free program offered to the community from Union Hospital. We do offer presentations and education outside of the hospital, if interested in scheduling please call.
